Please provide the product type, quantity, destination country or port, intended use, preferred dimensions or layout, finish requirements and target delivery schedule. Drawings or reference images are helpful when available.

Many elements can be configured around the project, including internal layout, doors, windows, partitions, flooring, wall finishes, electrical provision, sanitary spaces and selected exterior treatments. Feasibility depends on the product system and destination requirements.

Lead time varies with product type, quantity, customization, material availability and factory schedule. The estimated production period will be stated during project review and reconfirmed before order execution.

We can assist with packing information, loading coordination and export documentation within the agreed supply scope. Ocean freight, customs clearance and destination transport should be clarified for each order and trade term.

Modular houses can be shipped as fully assembled units or in disassembled flat-pack form, depending on the design, transportation conditions, and installation needs. We provide very detailed installation instrution drawings and videos for every project. For large projects, we will have both installation workers and supervisiors on site. The fee for the on-site service should be negotiated with clients.
